Mercedes-Benz is preparing to launch the Maybach Ocean Club, a club located inside a luxury superyacht that will only be accessible to special guests.
The club will be aboard the Beyond Horizons, a superyacht featuring dozens of suites with balconies, expansive decks, and other attributes that “define what luxury at sea means today,” according to Mercedes-Maybach.
Typically, superyachts have different levels of suites, but Mercedes aims to provide an equal experience for all guests. However, securing a spot on the yacht will be very difficult.

The Maybach Ocean Club is expected to be an extremely exclusive club, accessible to only a few hundred selected people. “The Maybach Ocean Club is an exclusive private members club centered on a superyacht,” the company explained.
According to the British tabloid The Sun, membership is by invitation only, with just 300 “co-owners” expected to participate in the scheme.
“Membership grants access not only to the yacht itself, but to a curated community of like-minded individuals who gather at sea for leisure, networking, and cultural exchange.”

It will operate like a “timeshare” where members can access the yacht for several weeks each year. This means you can enjoy a yacht for part of the year without dealing with all the maintenance costs.
It is worth noting that the Beyond Horizons spans approximately 4,450 square meters, including a beach club, lounges with panoramic views, and an infinity pool for guests to use.

“Beyond Horizons is among the largest of its kind. Its decks are layered like landscapes, opening to the sea and sky, offering generous space and privacy for true relaxation,” said Mercedes.
The yacht is expected to launch in 2029, once contracts are finalized. For now, Mercedes has already released some conceptual images of how the luxury vessel might look when completed.
